Glycolic Peels

Glycolic acid breaks up the thick superficial layer of skin where dead cells build up. Loosening the outer layer of skin and removing cells leads to better skin complexion and texture, clears pores and reduces the appearance of fine lines. Solihull Clinic uses 40% and 70% Glycolic Acid Peels which are doctor prescribed unlike beauty salons which can only use 30% peels. Therefore, optimum results are achieved. Following a skin assessment a home skin care programme is made specific to the individual. On average a series of 6 glycolic peels are advised two weeks apart.
